Gradle vs Kotlin Toolchain: Project Structure Side By Side

I like how the Kotlin Toolchain flattens the project structure. Plugins and feature code now sit two levels higher, the version catalog moves to the project root, and the deep source-set and package folders are gone. Fewer nested folders make the KMP project clearer and easier to navigate 🙃

I was also able to migrate my side project quite smoothly.
